The $ARAS token is a utility token, not a financial instrument, security, or investment product. It does not grant ownership, profit participation, or voting rights in the Schwarzott Capital Partners AG. The token's primary function is to enable access to specific digital services within the ARAS AI ecosystem.

Cryptographic tokens are highly volatile and subject to unpredictable market dynamics. The value of $ARAS may fluctuate significantly due to supply and demand, user adoption, regulatory news, or macroeconomic factors. Users must be prepared for the possibility of a total loss of value.
4. Regulatory Uncertainty
The legal treatment of utility tokens varies across jurisdictions and is subject to change. While $ARAS is designed to comply with Swiss FINMA guidelines and does not constitute a security, regulatory developments in your home country may affect the usability, tradability, or legality of the token.

Depending on the token's listing status and market demand, liquidity for buying or selling $ARAS may be limited or unavailable at times. You may not be able to exit your token position at your desired price or timing.
